Elle impose aux entreprises comptant 100 employ\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s ou plus (le nombre de personnes est d\u00e9terminant, et non le taux d\u2019occupation) de r\u00e9aliser tous les quatre ans une analyse de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale, laquelle doit \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e par un organe ind\u00e9pendant. L\u2019ordonnance sur la v\u00e9rification de l\u2019analyse de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale, \u00e9galement entr\u00e9e en vigueur le 1er juillet 2020, en pr\u00e9cise les modalit\u00e9s. La premi\u00e8re analyse doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e au plus tard le 30 juin 2021 et la v\u00e9rification doit intervenir d\u2019ici au 30 juin 2022.   <\/p><p class=\"p1\">Les r\u00e9sultats des analyses de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale ne doivent en principe pas \u00eatre transmis \u00e0 une autorit\u00e9. Des exceptions existent lorsque la loi le pr\u00e9voit, par exemple dans le domaine des march\u00e9s publics. Par ailleurs, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s cot\u00e9es en bourse doivent informer leurs actionnaires du r\u00e9sultat.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b28ad17 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"b28ad17\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;,&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c76b77 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0c76b77\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Pas de protection renforc\u00e9e en cas de signalement d\u2019irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s sur le lieu de travail<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a667ab5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a667ab5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Le 7 octobre 2019, le Conseil de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne (UE) a adopt\u00e9 la directive dite \u00ab Whistleblowing \u00bb, destin\u00e9e \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les personnes signalant des violations du droit de l\u2019UE. Les \u00c9tats membres disposent de deux ans pour transposer cette directive dans leur droit national. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que seuls 10 des 28 \u00c9tats membres de l\u2019UE disposent d\u2019une l\u00e9gislation compl\u00e8te prot\u00e9geant les lanceurs d\u2019alerte, cette directive entra\u00eenera des modifications l\u00e9gislatives majeures dans la plupart des pays de l\u2019UE.  <\/p><p class=\"p1\">En Suisse \u00e9galement, le d\u00e9bat sur une meilleure protection des employ\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s signalant des irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s perdure depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Toutefois, le 5 mars 2020, le Conseil national a d\u00e9finitivement rejet\u00e9 la proposition r\u00e9vis\u00e9e du Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans un message compl\u00e9mentaire.
