This comprehensive overhaul aligns Swiss legislation with recent developments in the EU and the Council of Europe. They must also ensure that only the minimum amount of personal data necessary for the intended purpose is processed.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<details id=\"e-n-accordion-item-1533\" class=\"e-n-accordion-item\" >\n\t\t\t\t<summary
